The advert for Luther is dark and mysterious which I have taken inspiration from in order to ensure the Duplicity banner conjures up a similar disturbing and uneasy feeling. Similarly, The poster is simplistic to add a further sense of mystery, with a plain background.

The text of the title is large, both and stands out from the dark background with a city scape design to relate to the setting of the series and ensure it stands out. 'Season one' is in a simplistic, well spaced out text to illustrate a modern feel to the viewers and ensure a clear message is delivered, the marketing of the first season on BBC 3.

To add to this, on the Prison Break banner, the means of accessing the series is present, FOX, so i also including this on my poster in a BBC 3's branded shade of pink to make this stand out and add a pop on colour to the dark banner.

Both Prison Break and Luther focus on the protagonist in the banner which is something i have also drawn on in the poster as it is a running theme in the drama genre so will captivate the target audience.
